Billing questions
Is the free tier really free, or a trial?
Free, with no expiry and no request cap. It requires a free registration bound to your domain, and that is the only condition. There is no card at signup.
How is a subscription billed?
Through Stripe, on the billing plan you select — monthly or yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and tax may apply depending on your location.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancelling stops the automatic renewal, and the plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund eligibility follows the refund policy shown at the time of purchase. Unless the law where you are says otherwise, subscription fees may be non-refundable once the service has been activated — so start on the free tier if you are unsure.
What does a licence cover?
A licence is bound to the domain you register it against. If you enter the wrong domain, activation fails until support corrects it — so use the live site address, not a staging one.
What happens if I upgrade mid-term?
The new tier applies to the same domain. Nothing is reinstalled, your firewall policies and scan history carry over, and the previously configured modules keep their settings.
Is ProSecure available today?
Not yet — it is marked coming soon on the plan cards above. Pro is the highest tier you can buy right now, and existing customers will be told before ProSecure opens.
